Anne has created ArModa (short for "Art Music Meets Modern Dance") work since 2003, collaborating with many choreographers including Kate Hilliard, and Claire Elizabeth Barratt. Her work explores specifically the relationship between cello, mobile electric cello, viola da gamba and modern dance. In July 2007, Anne premiered her one-woman show, Outside the Music Box, in Ottawa and subsequently performed Merging, a piece from that program, in New York, NY at the Stella Adler School. She is currently working on a new ArModa piece for solo dancing electric cellist to be premiered in the fall of 2008. ### |
